WILD VINES MARKETING
Social Media Release Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Wild Vines Marketing (“Company”) full permission to capture, record, and use my image, voice, name, likeness, written or spoken content, and/or business location (including but not limited to photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and testimonials) during any sessions, events, content creation activities, or marketing campaigns conducted by Wild Vines Marketing.

I understand and agree that:

• The content may feature my personal likeness, my company, staff, products, or business location, and I consent to these being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• The content may be used for my social media or marketing channels (if applicable) as well as Wild Vines Marketing’s social media, website, portfolio, promotional materials, and other marketing channels.

• Wild Vines Marketing may edit, modify, or produce the content in any manner they see fit, including video compilations, advertisements, reels, or other promotional formats.

• All content produced remains the property of Wild Vines Marketing, who may use, publish, and distribute it at their discretion.

• I will not receive financial compensation for the use of this content beyond any agreed-upon project fees.

• I waive the right to review or approve the final content before publication.

• If I or my company use or share content created by Wild Vines Marketing, including on social media, marketing materials, news articles, press features, public relations campaigns, or any publications (national or internal), I agree to credit or mention Wild Vines Marketing as the creator of the content.

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I may revoke consent in writing at any time. However, I understand that previously published content may remain online or in use.
